Rachel Hickey, Ed.S., M.Ed., BCBA, LABA
Rachel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst, and a Professionally Licensed Special Educator in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with over 17 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
She received her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis in 2014 and her Specialist in Education Degree in 2018.
Rachel worked as a Clinical Director for a private day school and has provided home services for over 13 years.
Rachel oversees all of the clinical needs for Central ABA Services
Sarah Sabourin, MBA
Sarah is a Business Operations guru with over 13 years of experience in multiple industries.
Sarah received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2023.

Our Team
All of our BCBAs are Board Certified by the BACB. They also all hold their Applied Behavior Analyst license in Massachusetts.
All of our behavior technicians are experienced and highly trained. Each behavior technician is supervised by an experienced BCBA.
